Student Showcase for Artists and Scholars
Academic Excellence Week is a UNC tradition that has been celebrating student academic and scholarly achievements for over 30 years.
Events scheduled throughout the week celebrate and honor academic excellence across the university and throughout all of the colleges. Academic Excellence Week is coordinated by Undergraduate Academic Engagement along with academic departments and programs across the campus.

Thursday, April 10
Student Showcase for Artists and Scholars
Formerly Called "Research Day"
Live Conference at UNC University Center 8 AM - 4 PM
Poster and visual arts sessions in Mt Evans and Pikes Peak Ballrooms:
- 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Poster/Visual Arts Session 1
- 12:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Poster/Visual Arts Session 2
Oral Presentation Sessions in Aspen A, B, C, Spruce A, B and Columbine B
- 9:30 –10:45 Session A
- 11:00 – 12:15 Session B
- 12:30 – 1:45 Session C
- 2:00 – 3:15 Session D
Performing Arts Sessions in Columbine A and Council Room

Distance Presentations: Our distance presentations are co-mingled in the schedule and will be in Spruce C.
